PART 7 TIMBER REVEALS

PO Box 11-464

Scope
This section describes the requirements for machined timber reveals for aluminium windows installed in residential buildings in all wind zones.
This specification establishes default dimensions and allowable tolerances for all natural timber reveals, and applies those same tolerances to alternative dimensions that may be specified by customers according to their particular requirements.
Compliance with this voluntary standard provides the customer with assurances of consistency with either the default or customer specified dimensions. Whenever a customer does not specify a dimension in writing with the purchase order, the default values always apply.
